Milbro Sports, the UK makers of the range of world famous Milbro airgun pellets, have always worked hard to have an edge over the competition by providing high quality, innovative products. The company recognised that pellet spillages from tins have long been the bane of airgunners lives, particularly for those who use pellets packed in slip-lid tins. Milbro’s standard threaded tin lids provide a better seal than the slip lids, but now the company has moved to improve things further. Their new 'Snap Close' tins, which are just being introduced through wholesalers and retailers, look set to make spillages a thing of the past. The new tins have a “claw” design which holds the lid firmly onto the base until released by pressing in the centre of the lid. The base has been cleverly designed so the tins can be stacked without “popping” open. It also does away with the necessity to have a tape seal. The company is offering the new tins initially as a premium option for users of Milbro’s Select, Twin Ring and Match.177 pellets.
